SA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre in Northfield, SA. You will assess needs, plan and deliver person-centred care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support older adults living with dementia.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Ward 2B Blue Gum, you will assess needs, plan and deliver care, and review outcomes for people in the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit. Work closely with patients, families and the care team to support safe, compassionate care.
