Martens & Associates Pty is seeking geotechnical engineers / engineering geologists with local geotechnical experience to join our growing team in NSW.

You will undertake a mix of field investigations, drilling coordination, and office design work across road, rail, and infrastructure projects, contributing to high quality outcomes. We value safety, teamwork and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical Engineering / Geology degree from an accredited Australian institution (or Engineers Australia equivalent).
• Permanent full-time Australian work rights.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel within greater NSW and interstate (occasional overnight stays).

Responsabilités

• Undertake and coordinate geotechnical investigations and assessments.
• Assist with drilling activities using 4WD drilling rigs.
• Conduct construction inspections and supervision.
• Perform geotechnical analyses and designs of varying complexity.
• Prepare technical documentation and design solutions.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and clients.
