Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks a geotechnical engineer to support infrastructure delivery and manage technical risk across the cluster. You will deliver high-quality reviews on geotechnical designs and analyses within complex projects.

You will manage geotechnical investigations, data and stakeholders to support safe, cost-effective outcomes for customers and communities, while developing standards for future transport projects.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering degree or equivalent, with extensive geotechnical design experience, and technical review of geotechnical structures, and the development, documentation and implementation of standards and specifications for the design, construction of such structures for transport infrastructure projects.
• You’re recognised as a clear communicator, skilled at translating complex technical information and developing practical, evidence-based solutions.
• You bring experience developing and implementing geotechnical standards and specifications for the design, construction and documentation of transport infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
