Job summary

Required: 5+ years in highway/road construction, strong leadership, and ability to read plans. Physical work outdoors with varied weather; safety training and valid licenses are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and review daily job safety analyses.
• Oversee activities of the drilling crew and materials.
• Supervise training, development, and assignments.
• Ensure project plans and blueprints are followed.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment usage.
• Respond immediately to site production issues.
• Accurately code daily timesheets for hours worked.
