Marenwood Child & Adolescent Psychology is seeking a General Psychologist to join our collaborative, family-centred private practice in Croydon, Melbourne's outer east, near the Croydon/Ringwood border.
We provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents and families. We value thoughtful clinical care, professional development and a working environment where psychologists feel supported, connected and able to do their best work.
Whether you're an early-career psychologist looking to consolidate your clinical skills or an experienced clinician seeking a flexible part-time role, we'd love to hear from you.
A full-time equivalent salary of $100,000–$115,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience, with an additional performance-based bonus structure.
Work 2–4 days per week, with flexibility around working hours and a mix of in-clinic appointments and opportunities for telehealth and report writing from home.

Work from a thoughtfully designed, calm clinic space alongside other independent practitioners. We value professional connection, shared learning and a culture where clinicians can seek input, exchange ideas and continue to develop their practice.
As the practice continues to develop, there may be opportunities to expand your days, develop areas of clinical interest and progress into senior, supervisory or leadership responsibilities, depending on your interests and experience.
