About The Role

Who You Are

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
• Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
• Motivated by intellectually demanding work that has real-world impact

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows or prompt engineering
• Experience spanning multiple academic disciplines or applied research settings
