Sante Recruitment is seeking a General Paediatrician to deliver inpatient, outpatient, and on-call paediatric and neonatology services as part of a multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.

The role requires ANR, Advanced Paediatric Life Support 2, FRACP in General Paediatrics, and eligibility for full AHPRA registration. You will work across neonatal and paediatric streams with a focus on high-quality care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• ANR certification with recent NNR experience
• Advanced Paediatric Life Support 2 (full)
• FRACP in General Paediatrics with current Australian specialist registration
• Eligibility for full registration with AHPRA as Paediatrician/Neonatologist

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and educate junior medical and clinical staff
• Use clinical information systems to support informed care planning
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in risk management, quality improvement programs, and incident reviews
• Conduct daily ward rounds and paediatric clinic sessions
• Foster collaborative relationships with paediatric, obstetric, and anaesthetic teams
