Curtis Partnership is seeking a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management for a not-for-profit housing organisation based in the Town Hall area, CBD, Sydney. The role leads strategic direction, growth and performance of the property management portfolio and oversees agency operations.

You will manage a team of 7, drive financial and operational outcomes, implement new systems and processes, and engage with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles within residential property.
• Current NSW driving license.
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

About the Company
Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing community housing, has a permanent opportunity for a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management to join their team.

The role will be based in the Town Hall area, CBD. The role is Monday - Friday, an exciting opportunity to grow an affordable housing portfolio and give back to the community.

This role would suit a residential senior leader (seeking an exciting new challenge) or an experienced affordable housing leader in the not-for-profit space.
