Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare.
• Demonstrated success in business management, including strategy development and execution.
• Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen.
• Experience in strategic account management and executive-level engagement.
• Proven ability to lead complex, matrixed organisations.
• Influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Define vision, strategy, and long-term growth for PDx ANZ.
• Define product strategy and roadmap across MI and Contrast Media.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Oversee revenue, margin, and cost management.
• Govern governance, prioritise initiatives, and align with strategic objectives.
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to inform strategy.
• Partner with local and global leaders to align priorities and execution.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across ANZ.
