You will partner with the founder and Board to develop a data-informed 5-year strategy and bring it to life, embedding ERP, improving efficiency and unlocking capacity for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified, potentially in Engineering.
• Experience leading leaders and driving growth in an SME manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies and ERP systems.
