Carrington invites a proven General Manager - Integrated Care to lead our Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement and Lifestyle portfolios across residential care, community care and independent living. You will shape strategy, governance and service innovation to deliver outstanding consumer outcomes, while guiding a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this full‑time onsite role offers a base salary plus leave loading, superannuation and NFP salary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Aged Care or Community services.
• Qualifications in Allied Health or Diversional Therapy with professional registration.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience driving service growth and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement, Lifestyle and Spiritual Care services.
• Drive service growth, utilisation and commercial performance.
• Develop innovative programs and multidisciplinary synergies.
• Lead workforce performance and capability development.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and quality frameworks.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand services.
