Job summary
Carrington is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Integrated Care portfolio, including Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement and Lifestyle across residential care, community care and independent living. You will drive service innovation, consumer outcomes and growth while overseeing governance and quality frameworks.
Reporting to the COO, this full-time onsite role offers a base, leave loading, superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging.

- Lead Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement, Lifestyle and Spiritual Care services.
- Drive service growth, utilisation and commercial performance in line with strategy.
- Develop innovative programs and interdisciplinary synergies to improve outcomes.
- Lead workforce performance and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, governance and quality frameworks.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand services and market presence.
