Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across civil and development projects.
• Drive project performance, delivery outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee tendering, estimating, and work-winning activities.
• Own and manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and growth markets.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and legislative requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
