Job summary

South West Hospital and Health Service in Roma, Queensland, is looking for a General Manager Aged Care to provide strategic leadership and oversee all residential aged care and community aged care services within the SWHHS.

You will work with the Chief Operating Officer and senior management to deliver safe, effective and sustainable aged care in a rural and remote environment, guiding ongoing development of our aged care facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and business management experience.
• Understanding of legislative, clinical and professional environment for aged care.
• Experience in rural and remote health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee operations of all residential aged care and community aged care services within the South West Hospital and Health Service.
• Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and senior management to support safe, effective and sustainable aged care.
