Job summary

The Shellharbour Club in Shellharbour Village NSW seeks a versatile General Hand for part-time or full-time roles. You will perform maintenance, assist with event setup, and keep facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.

We value practical experience in maintenance, reliable communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised while prioritising safety and WHS compliance. On-site parking and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Well-rounded experience in general maintenance duties.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritise and have strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work unsupervised with sound time management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work, Health and Safety guidelines, procedures and responsibilities.

Do you have experience in basic maintenance or repairs? Are you seeking a long-term and rewarding career? Do you have a keen eye for detail and presentation?

The Shellharbour Club has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Part time or Full time General Hand.

Working within this role, you would be responsible for:

• Delivering timely and cost effective maintenance, repairs and improvements to the buildings, facilities, furniture and grounds.
• Event delivery – assisting with room function set-up; tables and chairs.
