Omni Recruit is helping an innovative client on the Gold Coast to fill a General Factory Labourer role in the packaging area. You will join a small team focused on producing and packaging high-quality stainless steel inserts and lids, with a positive culture and opportunities for training and growth.

Expect rotating shifts (38 hours/week) from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong emphasis on reliability, attitude, and teamwork to meet KPIs and production standards.

Formación

• No prior factory experience required.
• Must be reliable and focused on quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Responsabilidades

• Assembling boxes and inserting products, along with instructions and glue.
• Cleaning products with a cloth before packing.
• Working with teammates to meet individual and team KPIs.
• Moving around the packaging area to support the flow of operations.
• Unloading incoming materials from containers.

The Role:

As a General Factory Labourer in the packaging area, you’ll play a key role in assembling and packaging products to ensure they meet high standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
