Leidos Australia is seeking an AI Strategy & Solutions Lead to shape and deliver a differentiated AI strategy for a major defence customer. You will work with capture, proposal and delivery teams to translate emerging AI, automation and analytics trends into practical, scalable solutions that can be implemented at scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams, balance differentiation with feasible delivery, and help transition from solution design to a live delivery program on award.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI, generative AI, automation and analytics.
• Awareness of market capabilities from hyperscalers and vendors.
• Experience designing innovative technology solutions.
• Ability to bridge strategic, technical and business perspectives.
