Role Overview

We need a senior consultant with deep technical skills to be ourin-house AI and Microsoft Fabric coach. You will help design and build ourFabric agents and AI items, and lift the capability of our team as you go.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build ofFabric Data Agents, AI items, and AI-enabled solutions
• Define the data and AI architecture across Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI and OneLake
• Coach and mentor analysts and engineers through pairing, workshops, and code reviews

Required Experience

• 20+ years in data, analytics,or software, with at least 10 in senior consulting or advisory roles
• Hands-on expertise inMicrosoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, Power BI, Copilot, DataAgents)
• Strong skills in Azure,Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark
• Practical experience withLLMs, Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, RAG, and agent frameworks
