Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an AI Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for Generative AI projects on Google Cloud. You will serve as the technical authority, bridging business needs with Vertex AI and Model Garden capabilities, and enforcing security, cost-efficiency, and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and overseeing end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud, with Vertex AI and Model Garden focus.
• Strong MLOps and serverless-first engineering, with governance of development standards and operational stability.
• Excellent communication skills with experience leading discovery workshops and presenting roadmaps to executives.
• Experience managing project scopes and budgets, specifically cloud consumption and resource optimization.
• Certifications from Google Cloud: Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture for high-profile Generative AI projects on Google Cloud.
• Review and approve high-level designs, ensuring security, cost-efficiency, and robust MLOps.
• Manage the development lifecycle and deployment schedules to deliver operations-ready ecosystems.
• Drive client engagements, discovery workshops, and business-case presentations tied to KPIs and TCO.
