Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a seasoned Practice Customer Engineer for Gemini enterprise to partner with technical Sales and differentiate Google Cloud through secure, data-connected AI solutions. You will be the technical authority on integrating Generative AI into enterprise environments, understanding customer needs, and presenting AI-enabled cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, with application development and integration.
• Experience with search systems including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
• Experience with presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience with coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java, to demo, prototype, or workshop integration patterns with customers.
• Experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical win for Gemini enterprise workloads, advising on integration strategies and architectures to implement solutions on Google Cloud.
• Combine business strategy with prototyping to deliver customer-specific AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide technical consultation to customers on enterprise AI integration patterns and build strong relationships.
• Demonstrate and prototype integrations using Google Cloud products in customer and partner environments.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences and events to advocate for Google Cloud.
