Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an AI Specialist Solution Architect to lead AI GTM across ANZ from Australia (Sydney or Melbourne). You will design end‑to‑end AI systems, support PoCs and bake‑offs, and engage executives and engineering teams to drive production‑ready deployments.

The role emphasizes deep technical excellence, SOWs for enterprise AI, and active field leadership. You will bridge business value with AI implementation, leveraging RHOAI and RHAIE platforms while collaborating with data

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise architecture experience with 7+ years in ML use case development and MLOps.
Deep learning knowledge across CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs and practical trade-offs.
Proven Generative AI design and deployment for LLMs, prompts, and fine-tuning.
Proficiency in Python and end-to-end data science lifecycle.
Ability to architect and explain complex ML pipelines to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Architect and design end‑to‑end AI systems including data and ML pipelines.
Provide deep-technical GTM support, PoCs, bake-offs, and hackathons.
Engage stakeholders from C‑level to DevOps to articulate AI value.
Operationalize AI with MLOps practices for production readiness.
Advocate for Red Hat AI across field and engineering teams; feed market feedback.
Lead advocacy activities: talks, blogs, and community involvement.
