Job summary

Home Health Rehab is a mobile physiotherapy and occupational therapy team delivering care across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. We’re seeking a physiotherapist to join 2–3 days per week, with flexible days and no weekends. See real functional gains, with admin support and mentoring from experienced clinicians.

Travel to Geelong and regular travel to Lara; home visits and community settings. Bachelor of Physiotherapy with AHPRA, 2+ years experience, and current Police Check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Current Police Check.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings across Geelong, with regular travel as far north as Lara.
• Assess mobility, balance and functional capacity to develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Deliver 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions.
• Prescribe walking aids and develop tailored home exercise programs.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health professionals.
• Support clients to remain active, independent and engaged in their community.

Home Health Rehab is a team of dedicated mobile physiotherapists and occupational therapists delivering high-quality care across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. We’re passionate about helping people recover, adapt and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our team 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around your preferred working days.

What You’ll Do

• Provide person-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings across Geelong, with regular travel as far north as Lara

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Current Police Check
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
• Ongoing commitment to CPD (particularly in gerontology)
