Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.

This hands-on leadership role requires Poly Welding capability and strong planning, scheduling, and team coordination, with a 15:6 roster (10-hour days) on a 3-month project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supervising brownfield projects.
• Poly Welding qualifications and demonstrated Poly Welding experience (essential).
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively within tight shutdown timeframes.

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisors to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a motivated supervisor with strong brownfield experience and proven Poly Welding capability.

Working a 15:6 roster (10-hour days) on a 3-month project, you will lead piping crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
