Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.

This hands-on leadership role require 3+ years brownfield supervision, Poly Welding qualifications, and strong planning, scheduling, and team coordination.

You will supervise piping crews, coordinate daily activities and ensure safety, quality and client requirements on a 15:6 roster for a 3-month project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising brownfield projects.
• Poly Welding qualifications and demonstrated Poly Welding experience (essential).
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively within tight shutdown timeframes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Full Australia working rights.
• Open Driver Licence.

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisors to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a motivated supervisor with strong brownfield experience and proven Poly Welding capability.

Working a 15:6 roster (10-hour days) on a 3-month project, you will lead piping crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
