Pickles Auctions in Altona, VIC (3025) is seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member for a permanent full-time role, Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm). You will coordinate stock movements, liaise with customers and tow truck drivers, and ensure accurate cataloguing while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and record stock departures and deliveries to the branch.
• Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding delivery and pickup of assets.
• Catalogue stock to ensure accurate listing and excellent customer service to vendors and buyers.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
