Job summary

Pickles Auctions in Altona, VIC is seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member for a permanent full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm). You will coordinate stock movements, liaise with customers and tow truck drivers, and catalogue assets to ensure accurate stock records. WHS compliance and teamwork are essential.

Weekend overtime may be required. This role offers career progression, extra leave, and a company bonus program, with benefits including study assistance and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime on weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse.
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of assets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly.
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
