Job summary

Linde in Wetherill Park, NSW, is seeking a Process Operator focused on safety to join our production team. The role involves safely processing, filling and handling gas cylinders, and maintaining high safety, quality and service standards.

You will work across multiple production areas, operate forklifts and production equipment, prepare customer orders and ensure accurate inspection and compliance records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial production environments is essential.
• Experience handling and filling industrial gas cylinders, including DA, is preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safety systems.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and use basic computer/OT systems.
• Functional English for communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling, processing, filling and inspecting gas cylinders across production areas.
• Operate production facilities and equipment to ensure safe, efficient gas production.
• Prepare customer gas orders, manifests and load vehicles to meet requirements.
• Maintain cylinder inspection, testing and compliance records with accuracy.
• Report hazards, incidents and non-conformances and participate in safety initiatives.
• Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment and continuous improvement.
