South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a casual Assistant in Nursing at Garrawarra Centre, Waterfall NSW. The role supports the nursing team in delivering care in a dementia-specific residential facility, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Applicants should have a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Garrawarra Centre is a 104 bed Dementia Specific Residential Aged Care Facility located in the tranquil setting of Garrawarra State Conservation Area, Waterfall. The Centre is one of the few purpose-built, dementia specific facilities in New South Wales.
There is ample, free on-site parking but you will need your own reliable transport as Garrawarra is not accessible by any public transport.
