Job summary

THE ICONIC in Sydney is seeking a Garment Technician for our Own Brand team. You will create Tech Packs, measure garments, lead fit sessions and advise on fabric and construction to ensure consistent fit and quality across suppliers.

With 3–4 years' experience in fast fashion, you will collaborate with design, sourcing and suppliers in China, manage critical paths, and help improve production processes while maintaining THE ICONIC's high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in the fast fashion industry.
• Tertiary education in design, pattern making and grading is essential.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including pattern making, fit, quality control, and fabric testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Experience working across a variety of fabrics & categories is essential.
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook necessary.
• Excellent understanding of critical path and timelines, with amazing time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills
