Luxe Care Pty Ltd is hiring a Gardener to provide in-home gardening services across the Mornington Peninsula. The role offers a full-time permanent position with the possibility of a company vehicle and tools for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include general garden maintenance, weed control, fertilising and turfing, and planting. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on independent work and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in domestic gardening services.
• Must be able to work independently and provide high-quality service.
• Own gardening equipment and tools preferred; company vehicle and tools may be provided for suitable candidates.
• Right to work in Australia, NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Level 2 First Aid Certificate are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide gardening support to clients in their homes.
• Perform general garden maintenance: hedging, pruning, mowing and edging.
• Assist with weed control, fertilising, mulching, planting and turfing.
• Work between 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, on Mornington Peninsula sites.

About the role:

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for providing gardening support to our clients at their homes. The successful candidate will be someone who has current or previous extensive experience in providing domestic gardening services. There will be for the appropriately experienced successful candidate the opportunity to use company vehicle and gardening equipment. As a Full Time employee for this service you will be required to provide a high quality service as directed to service required number of clients per day.

This is a full-time permanent position working directly for Luxe Care, supporting ourteam on the Mornington Peninsula (Mount Eliza / Martha, Mornington, Safety Bay, Rye, Rosebud etc). The successful candidate will be provided with company equipment & tools of trade as well as a company vehicle.

We are seeking someone who is available to work between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for people who have experience:

• General garden maintenance - hedging, pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn mowing and edging
• Weed control
• Fertilising and mulching
• Planting and laying turf

About you:

• Much have your own gardening equipment and tools
• Must be able to work independently
• Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and asset management/ordering systems and have access to a smartphone
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
• The right to work in Australia(Mandatory)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check(Mandatory)
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)Mandatory
