Job summary

Harbour at Home in Coffs Harbour is seeking a part-time Gardener to join our local family business. The role is permanent and outdoors, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to travel across Coffs and surrounding areas.

You will work with standard garden tools, maintain lawns, perform pressure cleaning, and ensure safety. A suitable vehicle, Police Check, and First Aid/CPR are required or willing to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Experience with outdoor gardening tasks and equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel across Coffs and surrounding areas.
• Current Police Check within last 3 months.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, blower snipper, blow vac.
• Pressure cleaning.
• General tidiness: keeping the garden area free from debris and clutter to ensure safety.

About The Role

We are looking for a Gardener to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors and has a keen eye for detail. You must be available to work and travel across Coffs and surrounding areas. Currently this includes Coffs to Red Rock.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lawn care:Mowing the lawn/trimming edges/Whippe Snipping/Blow Vac.
• Pressure cleaning
• General tidiness:Keeping the garden area free from debris and clutter to ensure safety.

You will be provided with all necessary equipment such as a blower vac, pressure cleaner, and safety gear including hi‑vis, hat and helmet.

You are someone who loves spending time outdoors. You enjoy taking pride in your work, ensuring gardens are maintained to a high standard. You’re reliable, self‑motivated, and have experience with outdoor tasks.

• Police Check (issues within last 3 months)
