Job summary

Green by Nature in Western Australia is seeking a Garden Maintenance Team Member to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. You will work hands-on with a team to deliver high-quality gardens and turf care.

You should have 2+ years hands-on experience; a Certificate III in Horticulture is preferred but not essential. A valid driver's licence and a white card are required. You must be physically fit and able to lift, bend and work outdoors, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role.
• Certificate III is highly regarded but not essential.
• Valid driver's licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand/kneel for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lawn mowing and trimming equipment safely.
• Plant, weed, prune, and water garden beds and turf areas.
• Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds; care for turf and edges.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality outdoor spaces.
• Provide input and share knowledge with colleagues.
