Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room at Regents Park Hotel, a cornerstone of Sydney’s south, offering a friendly, community-focused venue away from the CBD hustle.

You will lead the gaming team across shifts, ensure compliance and safe play with RSA/RCG in place, know regulars by name, and bring great service and positive energy to every guest.

This hands-on role includes physical tasks, staff coaching, and building a welcoming atmosphere that keeps locals returning.

Qualifications

• This is a hands-on role requiring physical tasks as part of regular duties.
• Current RSA and RCG as per state requirements.
• Experience in gaming room environments (attendant, supervisor or manager) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules.
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz.
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.
