Job summary

The Sporting Globe, Greensborough, is opening a brand-new gaming operation and seeks an experienced Full Time Gaming Manager to lead the launch. You will recruit and develop your team, own the gaming experience, ensure compliance and deliver exceptional guest service across a multi-level venue.

You’ll drive performance, build relationships with regulars and the local community, and work with the Venue Manager to set standards from day one.

• Strong gaming venue experience with ownership mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with regulars and community.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities for a high-performing team.
• Clear understanding of compliance, responsible gambling, and service excellence.

And we’re looking for an experienced Full Time Gaming Manager to take the lead of our brand new gaming operation and join the opening leadership team.

This is your opportunity to build something from the ground up. You’ll help recruit and develop your team, set the standards, own the gaming experience and make sure our guests have a reason to keep coming back.

Stay across what’s happening on the floor and make sure standards never slip

What You’ll Bring

• You know gaming.
• You’ve got strong gaming venue experience and you’re ready to take real ownership of an operation, not just manage a shift.
• You understand that a great gaming venue is built on relationships. You know your regulars, create a welcoming environment and understand how exceptional service, compliance and commercial performance all work together.
• You’re a confident people leader who can build a strong team, set clear expectations and have the conversations that need to happen when standards aren’t being met.
• You’re organised, commercially switched on and comfortable taking responsibility for the performance and compliance of your department.
• You’ll also hold the relevant Victorian gaming and responsible service certifications required for the role.
