Job summary

The Sporting Globe in Greensborough is opening its biggest venue yet and seeks an experienced Full Time Gaming Manager to lead the new gaming operation from day one.

You will recruit and develop your team, set standards, own the gaming experience and ensure guests have a reason to keep coming back while meeting compliance and service targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong gaming venue experience and ownership mindset.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team and manage stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of compliance and customer service in gaming.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.
• Proven ability to build relationships with regulars and community.
• Relevant Victorian gaming and responsible service certifications are required.

And we're looking for an experienced Full Time Gaming Manager to take the lead of our brand new gaming operation and join the opening leadership team.

What You'll Bring

• You know gaming.
• You’ve got strong gaming venue experience and you're ready to take real ownership of an operation, not just manage a shift.
• You understand that a great gaming venue is built on relationships. You know your regulars, create a welcoming environment and understand how exceptional service, compliance and commercial performance all work together.
• You're a confident people leader who can build a strong team, set clear expectations and have the conversations that need to happen when standards aren't being met.
• You're organised, commercially switched on and comfortable taking responsibility for the performance and compliance of your department.
• You'll also hold the relevant Victorian gaming and responsible service certifications required for the role.
