We're seeking a Gaming Compliance Manager - South to partner with venue teams across Southern Tasmania, ensuring the highest standards of gaming compliance, governance and operational excellence are maintained across our venues.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your compliance expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, supporting venue teams to understand, implement and maintain regulatory requirements while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and responsible gaming practices.

Your day may involve conducting venue reviews, investigating incidents, coaching operational teams, monitoring compliance performance and assisting with regulatory reporting requirements.

You'll play a key role in identifying risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance obligations are translated into practical, day-to-day processes that support both regulatory requirements and business success.

What you'll bring to the role:

You’ll bring experience in gaming compliance, risk, audit, governance, regulation or another operationally focused environment, along with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, investigations, assurance activities and risk management principles. You have the ability to interpret legislation and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical solutions that support operational teams and business objectives.

You're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. With a proactive and organised approach, excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, you can confidently identify risks, solve problems and drive positive compliance outcomes. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, a current driver's licence and the ability to travel between venues as required will also support your success in the role.

Why Join Us?
