Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests with warm, authentic service. This role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations, and a hands-on approach to payouts and cash handling.

• Great with people, detail, and communication; able to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Team player with flexible availability across day, evenings, and weekends.
• Hold current RSA and RCG/RCG qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests and create moments guests won’t forget.
• Support a culture of responsibility, safety, RSA and RCG/RCG compliance.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling per hotel policies and gaming regulations.
