Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to join our Electronic Gaming Team on a full-time, on-site basis. Reporting to the Assistant Gaming Manager, you will provide outstanding guest experiences across the gaming floor and private areas, greeting guests and offering proactive assistance.

You will maintain clean, compliant gaming spaces, build relationships with guests to drive service standards, and contribute to a fun, inclusive environment with excellent communication and RSA

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas, introducing yourself and how you can assist them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
• Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with establishment policies.
• Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs.

As a Gaming Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experiencethrough proactively engaging with our guests. A few of your responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business
• Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies
• Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs

What we are looking for:

• Must be able to work a rotating roster including late nights and public holidays
• Experience in a guest service-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain
