Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking energetic Gaming Attendants for Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. You will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and deliver outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have NSW RSA & RCG certification, can work flexible rosters including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, and possess strong grooming, presentation and communication skills. Uniforms provided and training opportunities are offered as part of joining Australia’s growing

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within hospitality or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication.
• Willingness to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification.

The Role

We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Gaming Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
• People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
• Ability to multi-task & remain calm
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
• Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays
