Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking energetic, self-motivated Gaming Attendants to join Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment and represent our vibrant venue.

We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Gaming Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis.The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
• People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
• Ability to multi-task & remain calm
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
• Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays
