Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking enthusiastic, energetic and service‑orientated Customer Service Attendants to join our Triglav (St Johns Park) and Mekong (Cabramatta) venues on a part‑time basis. As the face of our front line, you will work across bar, gaming and concierge.

To be successful, you should have hospitality or customer service experience, a passion for delivering excellent service, impeccable grooming and communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team with flexible days,

Qualifications

• Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends.
• Current NSW RSA & RCG

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) Venues, both only a short 10-minute drive from Liverpool, are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic, energetic and service orientated Customer Service Attendants to join their team on a part-time basis.

As the face of our front line, you will work across a diverse range of areas, including bar, gaming and concierge.

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

• Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry
• Possess a passion for delivering excellentcustomer service
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
