Job summary

Harbord Diggers invites energetic hospitality professionals to join our team as Gaming Attendants in a permanent part-time capacity. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintain grooming standards and comply with RSA/RCG requirements to ensure a safe, welcoming venue for guests.

With a focus on building lasting customer relationships, you will thrive on multi-tasking, teamwork and independent work across flexible rosters, including days, nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role.
• People person who possesses a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
• Ability to multi-task & remain calm.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification.
• Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
