Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Waltzing Matilda Hotel seeks a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests with warm, authentic service while upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations. You’ll handle payouts, cash handling, and ensure safety across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, team collaboration, and compliance with RSA/RCG regulations in a lively hospitality setting. Casual/shift work complements a flexible lifestyle.

Qualifications

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget.
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
