Key duties include engaging guests, supporting responsible gaming practices, and performing machine payouts and cash handling per policy. Flexible day/evening/weekend availability is required. Physical tasks are common in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
