Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests with warm, authentic service while upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and a hands-on approach to daily tasks in a pub setting.

You should be comfortable with physical duties, such as stocking and keg movement, and able to work flexible shifts across days, evenings and weekends. RSA/RCG qualifications are required, and training is provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for guest service.
• Flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, sharing passion for products to create memorable moments.
• Support a culture of responsibility and ensure RSA/RCG compliance and safety.
• Handle machine payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
