Job summary

Moama Bowling Club is seeking a friendly Gaming and Bar Attendant to deliver excellent service on the gaming floor and at the bars. You will handle cash, process transactions, and assist guests with confidence while ensuring compliance and a polished presentation.

The role requires RSA and RCG certificates, and availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays. Prior gaming experience is valued but not essential in a vibrant Murray River venue.

Qualifications

• RCG certificate (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) current in NSW.
• RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) current in NSW.
• Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional standard of personal presentation.
• Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous gaming experience welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars

• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing

• Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence

• Operating Keno and cashier services

• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service

• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)

• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
