But this role isn't just about game day. You’ll also be involved in delivering a range of Club events, activations and experiences throughout the year, working collaboratively across the organisation to bring ideas to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Lead the planning and delivery of NRL home game day experiences, creating an exciting, engaging and memorable environment for our Members and fans.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Partners to deliver engaging activations and match day experiences that achieve both partner and Club objectives.
  • Coordinate fan precincts, entertainment, activities and other elements of the overall game day experience.
  • Work with internal and external production partners to deliver sports presentation, entertainment and live event requirements.
  • Manage event timelines, run sheets, suppliers, contractors, budgets, logistics and operational requirements to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

  • Manage event risk, compliance, approvals and relevant operational requirements.
  • Bring energy, creativity and a 'let's make it happen' attitude to everything you do.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is more than just an event organiser. You’re a natural event creator someone who sees an empty space and immediately starts thinking about how to bring it to life.

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience managing suppliers, contractors, production partners and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of event risk management, safety, approvals and operational requirements.
  • Experience with live-site activations, event production, broadcast/sports presentation and/or local government processes would be highly regarded.

THE SEA EAGLES WAY

We are a small, ambitious and highly collaborative team. That means no two days are the same and everyone plays their part.

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, curious, collaborative and willing to get stuck in. Someone who can move comfortably between a creative brainstorm, a stakeholder meeting, an event site and the middle of a busy game day.

You’ll need to be comfortable working weekends and outside standard office hours, particularly around NRL home games and major Club events. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to play a genuine role in shaping the experience of thousands of Sea Eagles Members and fans.

If you’re someone who gets excited by the words live events, game day, entertainment, creativity, innovation and fan experience, we’d love to hear from you.
