Job summary

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are seeking an experienced live events professional to lead planning and delivery of NRL home game day experiences at 4 Pines Park. You’ll shape fan engagement, entertainment and sports presentation to create memorable experiences for Members and fans.

Beyond game day, you’ll help deliver Club events, activations and experiences year-round, working across Marketing, Commercial, Community and Partners to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years' experience delivering live events, sporting events, entertainment or similar.
• Demonstrated experience delivering game day, live event or large-scale experiential experiences.
• Strong creative thinking to develop ideas that enhance customer and fan experience.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments to deliver integrated events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of NRL home game day experiences, creating a memorable environment for Members and fans.
• Develop and deliver fan engagement, entertainment and experiential concepts that bring the Sea Eagles brand to life.
• Coordinate Club events, activations, themed rounds and Member experiences across the season.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Community, Football, Digital, Media and other teams to bring integrated events to life.
• Manage event timelines, suppliers, budgets, logistics and operational requirements to ensure success.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the Member and fan experience.
