Job summary

Tour de Cure seeks a part-time Gala Events Coordinator to support planning and delivery of Gala programs across multiple events. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate committees, and assist with sponsorship deliverables and on-site logistics.

Based in Sydney with hybrid work options, you will help ensure every event reflects Tour de Cure’s brand and fundraising objectives, while supporting not-for-profit operations and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or fundraising is desirable.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and events with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Canva or graphic design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gala events, including committee meetings and agendas.
• Manage gala inbox, respond to enquiries, track outcomes.
• Support partnerships, sponsorship deliverables, social posts and activations.
• Oversee prize management, auctions, and event-day logistics.
• Assist in post-event reports and budget reconciliations.
