Ebury Sydney is seeking a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate to drive new business and learn FX and global payments within a fast-growing fintech team. You’ll be trained, mentored, and placed on a clear path to leadership as you build a client base across international markets.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate
• Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment
• Willingness to perform high volume cold calling on a daily basis
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the drive to hit ambitious targets

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across various industries and tailoring approaches to FX solutions
• Research prospects, understand their needs, and present international payment and FX solutions
• Present, negotiate and close deals, impacting earnings and progression
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
